1. Our Digital Services

​

QIBURST provides digital cultural, reflective, entertainment, and personal-inspiration products drawing on traditional Chinese metaphysical and artistic concepts. Our current offerings may include:

​

• Qi Type Chart;

• Full Pack Chart;

• digital image products, including wallpaper-style images and symbolic artwork;

• Exclusive Boosting Pouch custom digital services;

• Feng Shui-Inspired Home Layout Review;

• Pet Blessing custom digital services and any included Continuation Charm;

• one-of-one digital tattoo designs and associated personal-use licences; and

• other digital products or custom services described on the website.

 

QIBURST does not currently sell or deliver physical goods. All products and services are supplied electronically, such as by email, download, account access, or another digital method stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.

It is not professional advice and does not guarantee any event, result, improvement, protection, wealth, health, relationship, career, energy, luck, or change in personal circumstances. 2. Eligibility and Permitted Markets

​

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement to make a purchase. Our website currently targets customers in New Zealand and the United States. We may restrict access, orders, payment methods, or delivery in any country or region for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, payment-provider, or operational reasons.

3. Information and Materials You Submit

​

You are responsible for ensuring that every detail and material you submit is accurate, complete, current, and supplied with any required authority or consent. Depending on the service, this may include your name, email address, birth date, birth time, gender selection, birth location, preferences, property materials, floor plans, photographs, room information, pet name, pet type, pet photograph, personality details, requested blessing themes, memorial wording, or other custom-service instructions.

For a Feng Shui-Inspired Home Layout Review, the pre-payment review of submitted materials helps us decide whether we can offer the service. It is not a completed service or report. The paid production period begins only after payment has cleared and we confirm that the required materials are complete and usable.

For Pet Blessing services, you confirm that you own the submitted pet photograph or have permission to provide and use it. You grant QIBURST a limited licence to process, crop, adapt, and incorporate the submitted materials solely to prepare, deliver, support, and retain necessary records of your order. We will not publish a submitted pet photograph for advertising, portfolio, social-media, or other public promotional use without separate permission.

We are not responsible for an inaccurate report, unsuitable personalisation, failed delivery, or delay caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclear, unauthorised, or late information from you. Contact qi@qiburst.com promptly if you spot an error. We may be able to update details before production begins; after production starts, a correction may require additional time, a fee, or a new order.

4. Orders, Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

​

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout states otherwise. You agree to pay the price, applicable charges, and any taxes shown at checkout or on an invoice. Payment processing is provided by third parties, including Stripe. QIBURST does not store your full card number or full payment credentials.

​

We may change prices, product descriptions, availability, or promotional offers prospectively. A price change does not affect an accepted order, except to correct an obvious error. Taxes, foreign-exchange charges, bank fees, and similar charges may vary by location and payment method. Any applicable tax charged by QIBURST will be shown at checkout or on the invoice.

​

For the Feng Shui-Inspired Home Layout Review, we may first review materials and then send an invoice if we can accept the project. No paid production begins until the invoice is paid and the required materials have been confirmed.

​

5. Digital Delivery

​

Unless a relevant product page, invoice, or order confirmation states a different timeline, QIBURST aims to deliver as follows after cleared payment and receipt of complete required information:

​

• Qi Type Chart: within 24 hours.

• Full Pack Chart: within 3 calendar days.

• Exclusive Boosting Pouch: within 3–5 business days.

• Feng Shui-Inspired Home Layout Review: within 3 business days after payment and confirmation that the required materials are complete and usable.

• Pet Blessing custom service: within the timeline stated on the relevant service page or order confirmation after payment and receipt of complete, usable materials.

• Continuation Charm: where included with a Pet Blessing order, delivered electronically as described on the relevant service page or order confirmation.

• Digital image products and other downloads: by download link, account access, or email after payment, as stated on the product page or order confirmation.

• One-of-one digital tattoo designs: according to the delivery description on the relevant listing.

 

A personalised Certificate of Exclusive Claim, where included, is sent by email within one business day after purchase using the purchaser name supplied at checkout.

Business days exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays. We may need more time if information is incomplete, payment is pending, clarification is required, a technical issue occurs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay. We will use reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address supplied with the order.

6. Custom Services and Revisions

​

Exclusive Boosting Pouch is a fully digital custom service. It may include a Chinese name concept, Chinese seal design, Chinese tattoo concept, Chinese totem concept, and symbolic Fu-style designs for themes described on the service page. These themes are cultural and symbolic only; they are not promises of real-world outcomes.

Pet Blessing is a fully digital custom service created from the materials and instructions accepted for the order. Any included Continuation Charm is a complimentary symbolic digital item connected with that order and has no separate cash value.

Custom services include the deliverables described at purchase, not unlimited alternatives or redesigns. We may provide a reasonable correction or minor revision where the delivered work materially fails to match the purchased description or correct customer information. A change of taste, a new preference, replacement source material, or a request for a wholly different concept is outside the original order and may require a new purchase.

7. One-of-One Tattoo Designs

​

Where a listing is described as one-of-one, only one purchaser will receive that particular final tattoo design and its associated personal-use licence. You may share the delivered artwork with a professional tattoo artist solely to have the design applied to your body. You may not resell, sublicense, mint, reproduce for commercial purposes, or use the design to create products or services for others.

​

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, QIBURST retains copyright and all rights in the underlying artwork, concepts, drafts, methods, and brand assets. Any technical adaptation by a tattoo artist should preserve the defining composition and should be discussed with the artist at your own risk.

​

8. Refunds, Corrections, and Customer Support

​

Our Refund Policy explains refund, redelivery, correction, replacement, credit, cancellation, and dispute procedures. Because QIBURST products are digital, personalised, or custom-made, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after download access is provided, a report or digital item is delivered, or custom work has started. A complimentary Continuation Charm has no separate refundable value. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you believe there is a problem with an order, contact qi@qiburst.com first with your order number, purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a correction, redelivery, replacement, credit, or refund.

9. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

​

All QIBURST website content, reports, text, interpretations, images, designs, downloads, branding, layouts, and related materials are owned by QIBURST Limited or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the delivered item for your own use, subject to these Terms and any product-specific licence. You retain ownership of original photographs and other materials you submit.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, upload, commercially exploit, train AI systems with, or create commercial derivative works from QIBURST content without prior written permission. You must not misuse the website, submit false or unauthorised information, interfere with its security, or use QIBURST content to provide competing services.

​

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order or access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, misuse, fraud, payment risk, security risk, or harm to QIBURST or others. We will not withhold a remedy where applicable law requires one.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

​

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every personal expectation.

​

Pet Blessing, memorial wording, and any Continuation Charm are cultural, artistic, commemorative, and symbolic. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or improve any animal health condition; extend life; guarantee safety or protection; replace veterinary care; or provide grief counselling or mental-health treatment. Seek a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate professional when needed.

QIBURST supplies digital files only. If you print, display, or use a delivered design near candles, incense, flames, heaters, electrical equipment, pets, or children, you are responsible for appropriate materials, placement, supervision, ventilation, and fire safety.

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QIBURST Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, data, or expectation arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

​

We may update these Terms or change services from time to time. The current version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

​

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence are not displaced by this choice of law. Where permitted, disputes are subject to the courts of New Zealand.
