No. Our charts and descriptions are designed for people with no previous knowledge of these systems. Traditional terms are translated and explained wherever possible.
No. QIBURST draws from traditional Chinese philosophical, cultural, and symbolic systems, but you do not need to follow any religion or spiritual practice to use our products.
No. Words such as “wealth,” “protection,” “balance,” and “support” describe symbolic themes—not guaranteed results.

CHARTS & READINGS
You will normally need to provide:

Accurate information helps us calculate the chart correctly.

Birth time affects the Hour Pillar and may change parts of the interpretation. If you do not know the exact minutes, you may enter 00 minutes, such as 10:00. However, you must provide the correct year, month, day, and hour.
If you are unsure about the correct hour, please contact us before ordering. We may still be able to prepare a limited chart, but some sections may be less precise.
The Qi Type Chart is a focused introduction to your elemental pattern and energetic tendencies.
The Full Pack Chart is a much more detailed report combining your Eight Characters, Five Elements, Shen Sha, Major Luck Cycles, Annual Timing, balance patterns, and practical reflection points.

QIBURST uses structured calculation methods, but the final report is individually prepared and reviewed. It is not a generic zodiac result copied from a standard horoscope template.
The Qi Type Chart is normally delivered within 24 hours.
The Full Pack Chart is normally delivered within 3 business days after payment and receipt of complete, accurate birth information.

You are responsible for supplying accurate birth details and ensuring that you are authorized to share them with us.

If preparation has not started, we can usually update the information. If substantial work has already been completed using the original information, recalculation may require an additional fee or a new order.
You may contact us if something appears missing, incorrect, or unclear.
Support includes reasonable clarification of the delivered report. It does not include unlimited follow-up readings, new calculations, or additional reports unless specifically included in the product description.
Different services may use different calendar conventions, timezone handling, solar-time adjustments, calculation rules, or interpretive traditions.
A difference does not necessarily mean that one result is defective. QIBURST applies its own calculation framework consistently across its reports.
No chart should be used to label a person as entirely positive or negative.

No. QIBURST currently sells digital products and digital custom services.
Nothing will be shipped to your address unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
These categories describe the symbolic subject, intention, and visual language of the artwork. They do not promise that purchasing a design will produce a particular real-world result.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload as a downloadable file, create commercial merchandise from it, or claim the artwork as your own creation unless QIBURST has given you written permission.
CUSTOM SERVICES
The Exclusive Boosting Pouch is a personalized digital symbolic set developed from the information supplied for your order.
Depending on the selected service, it may include a Chinese name concept, seal, personal totem, talisman-style artwork, tattoo concept, or other coordinated symbolic elements.
It is a digital creative service, not a physical pouch and not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Yes, provided you have permission to supply the recipient’s personal information, photographs, or birth details.
Please tell us clearly whose information should be used and where the completed files should be delivered.
It is a human-reviewed, culturally inspired examination of the floor plan, photographs, orientation, and use of your space.
The review may offer symbolic and practical observations about flow, placement, atmosphere, and balance. It is not an architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, fire-safety, or building-code inspection.

A Pet Blessing is a personalized digital symbolic artwork or commemorative creation inspired by your pet’s photograph, name, story, and the theme selected for the order.
It is a cultural and creative service. It is not veterinary treatment and does not promise health, recovery, safety, longevity, or protection.
The Continuation Charm is a complimentary digital symbolic item that may accompany an eligible Pet Blessing order.
It has no separate cash or refund value and should not be understood as a medical, veterinary, or protective guarantee.

Materials submitted for a custom service are used to prepare, deliver, and support your order. We do not use private customer materials for public promotion merely because they were submitted to us.

Reasonable corrections may be made if we made an error or the delivered work does not match the confirmed order requirements.
A complete redesign, a new creative direction, or replacement of the information or source materials after work has begun may require an additional fee.
TAOIST TATTOO DROP
A one-of-one design is offered as a single exclusive final design. Once purchased, it is removed from sale and will not be sold to another customer in the same final form.
No. QIBURST supplies digital artwork only.
You are responsible for selecting a properly qualified and licensed tattoo artist and discussing placement, size, skin suitability, hygiene, aftercare, and medical concerns with the appropriate professionals.
A tattoo artist may need to make reasonable technical adjustments for body placement, scale, line weight, or tattooing feasibility.
Where possible, the identifying composition and character of the design should be preserved. Significant redesign or commercial reuse is not included unless separately agreed.
Where stated on the product page, a Certificate of Exclusive Claim will be supplied with or shortly after the completed order.
The certificate records the exclusive sale of the final design. It does not transfer QIBURST’s underlying copyright unless the product description or a written agreement expressly says so.
ORDERS, DELIVERY & REFUNDS
Digital products and reports may be delivered through email, a download link, your site account, or another method stated during checkout.
Please enter a valid email address and check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and at checkout. Unless another currency is clearly indicated, QIBURST prices are generally shown in United States dollars.
Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees.

A custom-service order may generally be cancelled before substantive work begins.
Once work has started, any refund depends on the work already completed. After a personalized product has been completed and delivered, a change-of-mind refund is generally unavailable.
Immediately delivered digital files may also become non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred.

If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or materially different because of a QIBURST error, we will normally correct or replace it before considering another remedy.
A difference of opinion about a symbolic interpretation does not by itself mean the product is defective.
If the report contains a calculation error caused by QIBURST, contact us so we can investigate and correct it.
Please read the complete Refund Policy before purchasing a personalized or exclusive product.
Because a one-of-one design is removed from sale for the purchaser, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once the exclusive purchase has been completed or the files have been delivered.
This does not affect remedies available for a genuine file defect, an incorrect delivery, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We use the information you provide to process payment, calculate or prepare your order, deliver the result, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Birth details, photographs, floor plans, pet information, and other private materials are not automatically treated as permission for public use.
