5. Feng Shui-Inspired Services
 

A Feng Shui-Inspired Home Layout Review is a cultural and symbolic review. It is not an architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, construction, building-code, fire-safety, security, insurance, or real-estate inspection.
 

QIBURST does not inspect the property physically and cannot verify:
 

  • structural conditions;

  • electrical systems;

  • fire hazards;

  • ventilation;

  • moisture;

  • hazardous materials;

  • building-code compliance;

  • property boundaries;

  • security risks; or

  • the accuracy of submitted floor plans and photographs.


Do not make structural, electrical, plumbing, construction, fire-safety, or other material property changes solely because of a QIBURST review.
 

Before carrying out physical work, consult the appropriate qualified and licensed professionals and obtain any required permissions or approvals.
 

QIBURST does not guarantee that a suggested layout, direction, placement, colour, symbol, or decorative change will improve finances, health, relationships, career, wellbeing, property value, or any other outcome.
 


6. Pet Blessing and Memorial Content
 

Pet Blessing services, memorial wording, remembrance designs, and any included Continuation Charm are cultural, artistic, commemorative, and symbolic.
 

They do not:
 

  • diagnose an animal;

  • treat or prevent illness;

  • improve a medical condition;

  • alter an animal’s behaviour;

  • extend an animal’s life;

  • guarantee recovery;

  • guarantee safety or protection;

  • prevent injury or loss;

  • communicate with an animal;

  • communicate with the deceased; or

  • replace veterinary care.


Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding an animal’s health, behaviour, medication, diet, pain, injury, or wellbeing.
 

Pet memorial and remembrance content is not grief therapy, psychological treatment, crisis support, or mental-health counselling. If you are experiencing severe or prolonged distress, seek support from an appropriately qualified professional or support service.
 

The inclusion of a pet photograph, name, story, blessing theme, or memorial message does not constitute an assessment or verification of any claim concerning the animal.
 

7. Continuation Charm
 

A Continuation Charm, where included with a Pet Blessing order, is a complimentary symbolic digital item associated with that order.
 

It is not a medical, veterinary, spiritual, supernatural, or protective guarantee.
 

It has no separate cash value and does not promise continued life, communication, presence, protection, healing, reincarnation, or another particular spiritual or physical outcome.
 

Its meaning is personal, commemorative, artistic, and symbolic.
 

8. Digital Symbolic Products and Boosting Products
 

Digital seals, charms, Fu-style artwork, wallpapers, talisman-inspired designs, zodiac artwork, Qi-Focused products, Boosting Pouch materials, and similar products are supplied as digital cultural and artistic content.

9. Tattoo Artwork
 

QIBURST provides digital artwork and design concepts. QIBURST does not perform tattooing and does not provide medical advice concerning tattoos.
 

Tattooing involves risks that may include:
 

  • pain;

  • bleeding;

  • infection;

  • allergic reactions;

  • scarring;

  • changes in appearance over time;

  • dissatisfaction with placement or scale; and

  • other health or aesthetic complications.


Before receiving a tattoo, consult an appropriately qualified and licensed tattoo artist. Seek medical advice where you have a health condition, skin condition, allergy, pregnancy, medication concern, immune-system concern, or other relevant risk.
 

A tattoo artist may need to adapt a digital design for anatomy, placement, size, line weight, ink behaviour, healing, or technical tattooing requirements.
 

You are responsible for selecting the tattoo artist, confirming hygiene and licensing standards, approving placement and adaptation, and deciding whether to proceed.
 

QIBURST does not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, healing, appearance, or permanence of work performed by a tattoo artist.
 

You are also responsible for considering any cultural, workplace, travel, religious, or legal implications of a tattoo design in your circumstances.
 

10. Digital Files, Printing, and Physical Use
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, QIBURST supplies digital files and digital services only.
 

A customer may choose to print or physically display a delivered design. QIBURST does not control:
 

  • the printer;

  • ink;

  • paper;

  • fabric;

  • physical materials;

  • print quality;

  • colour reproduction;

  • mounting method;

  • installation;

  • placement; or

  • conditions of physical use.


Colours, proportions, sharpness, and appearance may vary between screens, printers, materials, and production methods.
 

If you print, display, frame, burn, carry, hang, mount, or otherwise physically use a design, you are responsible for doing so safely.
 

Keep printed or displayed materials an appropriate distance from:
 

  • candles;

  • incense;

  • open flames;

  • heaters;

  • cooking equipment;

  • electrical equipment;

  • water;

  • pets;

  • children; and

  • other sources of heat, ignition, damage, or injury.


Never leave candles, incense, flames, or heating devices unattended. QIBURST does not recommend burning a delivered design.
 

11. Illustrations, Examples, and Testimonials
 

Images, charts, mockups, previews, demonstrations, scenarios, and sample interpretations may be illustrative.
 

Screen colours, layouts, previews, product mockups, and example results may differ from the final delivered file or the way a customer displays or prints it.
 

Example charts and interpretations do not describe the current visitor unless expressly generated from that visitor’s submitted information.
 

Testimonials, reviews, and customer experiences describe individual opinions or experiences. They do not guarantee that another person will receive the same result.
 

12. Personal Decisions and Reliance
