  • questions, preferences, or concerns submitted with the request.

 

Pet Blessing materials

For a Pet Blessing service, we may collect:

  • the pet’s name and type;

  • one or more pet photographs;

  • details about the pet’s personality or story;

  • requested blessing themes;

  • memorial wording or remembrance messages, where applicable; and

  • other instructions you voluntarily provide.

 

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in custom-service materials.

Submitted photographs and materials

When you upload or send a photograph, floor plan, written message, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the authority and permission necessary to provide it to QIBURST.

You retain ownership of your original submitted materials. You give QIBURST limited permission to access, process, crop, resize, adapt, and incorporate those materials solely as reasonably necessary to review, create, deliver, support, and maintain records of your order.

We will not publish a submitted pet photograph, property photograph, floor plan, memorial message, or other private custom-service material in advertising, a public portfolio, social media, or other promotional content without obtaining separate permission from you.

Website and device information

These materials may be emotionally sensitive even where they are not legally classified as sensitive personal information. We therefore aim to limit access to people and service providers who reasonably need the materials to complete or support the order.

A Pet Blessing service and any included Continuation Charm are cultural, artistic, commemorative, and symbolic products. Personal information collected for these services is not used to diagnose or assess animal health.

If a photograph contains an identifiable person, you must have that person’s permission or another lawful basis for submitting the photograph.

Custom-service source materials, including photographs and floor plans, may remain temporarily in working files, email systems, delivery systems, and backups. When they are no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of them, subject to technical backup cycles and legal recordkeeping requirements.

If you request deletion, we may retain information that is reasonably required to comply with the law, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, maintain a suppression list, or establish or defend legal rights.

QIBURST products and services are intended for adults aged 18 or over and are not directed to children.

We do not knowingly request that a child submit an order or custom-service materials directly. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact qi@qiburst.com so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

A pet photograph or other submitted image should not include an identifiable child unless the submitting adult has the necessary authority and the inclusion is genuinely required for the requested service.
